Steve Jobs was sold on his vision – almost to a manic extent – of how Apple could revolutionize the world. It was that insane level of belief that made his employees believe that they could achieve impossible levels of innovation.

Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King are a few other examples of leaders whose self-belief provided the fuel for their followers.
